At CoBank, the Senior Compensation Analyst acts as a reliable compensation expert for HR team, leadership and associates. Provides education and training on compensation to variety of audiences as needed. Active partner in the administration of the bank’s merit, incentive and promotion processes. Provides day-to-day management of compensation program. Maintains job description library, coordinates periodic review of current job descriptions, and works with management on the creation of descriptions for new jobs. Maintains market data system, manages all market pricing and slotting, and provides market data analysis as requested. Participates in salary surveys. Prepares compensation-related documentation and communications.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $90,000-$125,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
