Job Description

Supports day-to-day administration of our total rewards, with significant focus on data management. Responsible for ensuring programs are running effectively and in compliance with practices.

Essential Functions

1. Supports the data management of job information in several tools.
2. Audits data in our HR system of record to ensure accuracy for downstream system impacts to compensation, benefits and/or payroll. Manages data for workers' compensation including but not limited to annual estimates, audits (earnings and job class codes). Create and maintain documentation on procedures and practices for the total rewards department.
3. Oversees compliance tracking and regulatory submissions.
4. Partners with HR Business Partners and other COEs as subject matter expert.
5. Assists with HR system testing for Dayforce releases under benefits, payroll and compensation. Ensure full cycle testing for benefits and payroll including participating employers.
6. Participate and manage annual compensation survey submissions.
7. Maintain data integrity, validate accuracy of information, and support audit requirements.
8. Supports annual compensation review planning and annual wellness programming, and benefits open enrollment activities.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Work Experience

2 years working within a human resources department required
Prior Experience working in excel at an intermediate level required
Sound knowledge of benefits, payroll, and compensation practices
Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience leveraging analytical tools to derive business insights.
Exceptionally detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights through data
Experience documenting processes and procedures
Advanced knowledge of federal and state employment laws and agencies that affect compensation, benefits and payroll
Ability to plan and organize conflicting priorities in order to effectively manage and accomplish work
Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all times
Ad-hoc data analysis and spreadsheet modeling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify issues, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while delivering core responsibilities.

Physical Exertion Details

Sedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The typical base pay range for this role is between $77,951 - $98,354. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
