Job Description

Helps our partner teams ingest data faster into our data lakes while maintaining Data Governance and Compliance standards, finds ways to make our data products more efficient, or innovate ideas to help build self-serve data engineering within the company. Build micro-services, architecting, designing, and promoting self-serve capabilities at scale to help us grow. Collaborates with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support data engineering solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.

Essential Functions

- Assist in the development and implementation of ETL processes for data integration in AWS
- Collaborate with senior team members to design and maintain database structures in the cloud.
- Support data governance initiatives and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.
- Participate in the documentation of data engineering processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Work Experience

Prior Experience of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field, 0-2 years preferred
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
- Familiarity with database design and modeling.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Team collaboration.
- Attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with on-premises development environments.
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts.
- Familiarity with AWS development environment and services

About CoBank

The typical base pay range for this role is between $77,951 - $98,354. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
