The Software Engineer, Full Stack will collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. 1. Engineers solutions, testing, monitoring and observability
2. Collaborates with product managers, cross functional teams, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions
3. Utilizes programming languages like React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python, Open Source databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services, Windows PowerShell
4. Supports the development of solutions for improving quality, delivery, efficiency, and customer and employee experience for business partners using technologies.
5. Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines and tools.
6. Resolves production issues and engages IT and vendors as necessary.
7. Works closely with Program owner and business units regarding enhancements and changes.
8. Collaborates with and across Agile teams.
9. Demonstrates ability to learn and implement new technologies by analyzing technical specifications, build and configure supporting infrastructure, and implementing security best practices.
10. Provides workday and after-hours production support, including troubleshooting, problem correction, testing, and promotion to the production environment.
11. Initiates root cause analysis of application issues and supports resolution by coordinating with the vendor, internal IT and users as appropriate.
12. Demonstrates knowledge of version control systems like Git as well as the ability to manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code review processes effectively.
4 years of experience in front end and back end development required
2 years of experience in Agile practices required
1 year of experience with React, Typescript and Node, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud required

The typical base pay range for this role is between $86,961 - $120,919. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
