The Platform Engineers will work closely with Agile teams to create, test, and maintain technical solutions using full-stack development tools, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft 365, Entra, and endpoint platform engineering.
1. Platform Support and Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support, management, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Entra, and Modern Device Management platforms.
2. Design and Planning: Support the design, planning, and testing of platform capabilities.
3. Automation: Develop and maintain automated business processes using Microsoft 365 tools.
4. User Management: Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access and data integrity.
5. Data Integrity: Perform regular audits and maintain high standards of data quality.
6. Issue Resolution: Resolve production issues and engage IT and vendors as necessary. Conduct root cause analysis and support resolution.
7. Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and decision-making.
8. Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes for ongoing reference and knowledge sharing.
9. Development: Utilize coding languages like Powershell, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, and development frameworks relevant to Microsoft 365 and Entra.
10. SDLC and CI/CD: Demonstrate advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines and tools.
11. Production Support: Provide workday and after-hours production support, including troubleshooting, problem correction, testing, and promotion to the production environment.
12. Version Control: Demonstrate knowledge of version control systems like Git and manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code review processes effectively.
13. Learning and Implementation: Learn and implement new technologies by analyzing technical specifications, building and configuring supporting infrastructure, and implementing security best practices.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $108,400 - $133,280. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
