The Senior Paralegal performs various legal and other necessary work and research to assist the teams of the Office of General Counsel and Board Relations with corporate, transactional and litigation legal work. This paralegal will perform a variety of tasks relating to drafting, reviewing and managing various contracts. In addition, this paralegal will assist with the handling of all phases of litigation, arbitration and case management. Some litigation duties include: collecting documentation and investigating facts and discovery, working with outside counsel and issuing and managing the Legal Hold process. As it relates to Board Relations, this paralegal will assist with preferred stock issuances, board of director meeting planning and coordination and administration of director elections and other stockholder votes. Under the supervision of a managing attorney, this paralegal may also assist with regulatory compliance issues and initiatives and the identification and communication of legal and regulatory requirements to stakeholders across the organization.

Sedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).
The typical base pay range for this role is between $80,300 - $91,840. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
