Job Description

The Senior Corporate Recruiter conducts full life cycle recruiting in a variety of disciplines which may include credit, relationship management, operations, administration, finance and accounting, and information technology. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will draw on extensive experience and knowledge of talent acquisition best practices in order to build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. The consultative approach the Senior Corporate Recruiter provides allows the attraction of top talent and results in hiring the best talent for our business.

Essential Functions

  • Expertly manage the entire recruiting lifecycle prioritizing speed, quality, and a best-in-class candidate journey.
  • Partner with hiring managers on effective structured interviews, mitigating bias, and enhancing candidate engagement to boost consistency and offer acceptance rates.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA peers to ensure alignment of processes, leveling, and compliance across all hiring activities.
  • Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align talent strategies with business priorities. This includes influencing decisions and managing expectations effectively.
  • Drive the full recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Source high quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruiting programs and strategies that utilize best practices in social media and other relevant means of acquiring top talent including career fairs and networking events.
  • Design and deliver a seamless, engaging and personalized recruitment journey that enhances candidate satisfaction and strengthens employer brand. This involves clear communication, timely feedback and tailored interactions
  • Understand the organization’s industry, financial drivers, and strategic goals and translate these into targeted talent acquisition strategies. This includes conducting a thorough needs analysis with hiring managers to co-create performance-based success profiles that define a role’s purpose, key performance indicators, required competencies, and ensuring hires drive business outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to optimize hiring processes and align with business goals. Leverage predictive analytics to identify trends, improve souring and measure ROI.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Banking Leadership on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive workforce planning by analyzing team structure, skill gaps, and scaling needs across commercial functions.
  • Provide data-driven insights to shape hiring strategies, including pipeline health, time-to-hire, and market availability.
  • Champion respect and inclusion practices to build diverse, inclusive, and high-performing business teams.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Success in building and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships, within the financial services industry or similar.
  • Proficiency in strategically sourcing passive candidates across diverse channels.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence critical hiring decisions, driving accountability and results.
  • A data-savvy approach, capable of interpreting recruiting metrics and applying insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels and functions.
  • Ability to conduct meaningful conversations with business leaders and candidates, assessing commercial impact and leadership potential.

Physical Exertion Details

Sedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The typical base pay range for this role is between $85,900 - $98,240. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.  The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. This job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) business days or until the position is filled.
